Meet The Founder
Hey, I'm Kelisha Taylor.
I'm your guide, supporting you on your journey through spiritual, intuitive insight, energy healing and holistic wellness so you gain clarity and live in alignment with your purpose.
I'm just a woman who discovered after leaving a toxic relationship and a life of mistreatment how powerful it is to nourish yourself properly. Spending years after leaving feeling stuck in patterns, cycles and a body that stopped working for me because my system was a mess. It's not about being perfect. It's about coming home to yourself through small, intentional choices - including the food you eat and the way you care for yourself.
When i learnt (the hard way) I was able to live my life being aligned to who I truly was without any conditioning - live in my purpose and being a better mom. I no longer became that woman disconnected from her self, foggy brained, who settled for less. I live in my worth. I chose better. I lived better and moved better.
